At York, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever unhappy with anything you purchase, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement following the instructions below. We ask that you return the unsatisfactory items using a York postage-paid mailer or the postage-paid label we provide.
Note: We cannot recreate orders. If you request a replacement, we'll arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge.
To request a refund or replacement for:
- Prints from film you sent in
- Prints of photos in your online account
- Photo cards
- Photo CDs
- Photo gifts (e.g. mousepad, mug, notepad)
- Photo books
- Gift prints
- Photo Stamps

How do I send back returned items?
York will pay for the postage of your return. Depending upon what you're returning, we let you know whether to send the merchandise back in a York postage paid film mailer or in your own envelope or box with the prepaid mailing label we'll provide.
How soon should I expect to see a credit from York?
After you've complete the Return & Refund form please allow 2-3 business days for customer service to contact you. Once a refund has been credited to your account we'll send you an email notification. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the email message for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Can I cancel an order I've placed but haven't received?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or adjust any mail or online orders. If you believe that you've placed an order in error, please email or contact us through the customer service page, and let us know which email address you use to log in to your York online account.
